What this is

If this is an FAQ page, we look at how each question is laid out: a question as a subheading (H2 or H3) with the answer paragraph directly underneath.

Why it matters

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews quote most easily from sections where the question sits right above its answer. When answers are separated from their questions, AI has a harder time matching them up.

What counts as passing

Passes with at least 3 pairs of an H2/H3 ending in a question mark followed immediately by a paragraph of 20+ characters; 1 or 2 pairs is a partial pass. Not scored when the page does not look like an FAQ.
