robots.txt reachable
SEOWeight 2.5% (This check's share of the SEO score)Score 100
What this is
Whether the site has a robots.txt, a small file at the root of the site that tells search engines where they may and may not go.
Why it matters
Without it, search engines assume everything is allowed, so the effect is small. Having one lets you point Google to your sitemap and makes it easier to manage AI crawlers later.
What counts as passing
Passes when robots.txt opens and has content; fails when the file is empty; not scored when there is no robots.txt.
